1. Can I find Provall in App Store or Google Play?
No, we working around the clock to launch our IOS and Android Apps soon. Please note, our website is mobile-friendly, so you can browse using your smartphone without any issue.
2. When and from where I should receive my booking confirmation?
If the booking is made through our website, you should receive an email confirmation within 2- 24 hours from us. If you have been redirected to one of our partners and booked via their website, you should receive a booking confirmation from them, usually within 2-48 hours. Please check your spam/ Junk mail if not received in the main mailbox.
3. How Can I make changes to my order?
Please contact the accommodation provider who will help you with that. If the booking is made via our website, you can contact us here.
4. Can I bring my pet with me?
Please see the property details if this is allowed, or ask the landlord directly.
5. Which currency will I be charged in?
Usually, the property providers accept all types of currencies and payment methods. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
6. Do you have physical stores?
We are an online-based company from London, UK. We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name.
